In the past year, we managed to start and implement together with our partners several investments with a total rental area exceeding 10,000 m2 and an investment value of tens of millions of zlotys. We also consider the implementation of the first investment in commercial real estate in turnkey formula implementation in Poland. After finishing it, we started another one for the next clients, in the same formula, that is from the project to the final implementation.

2. What new development directions do you want to give your company this year?

In 2019, we plan to develop further, expanding the commercial space in our offer, the number of investment partners and expanding the offer to include office buildings and small commercial premises valued at 500,000. Golden. We notice a lot of interest in this segment, especially in big cities like Warsaw, Poznań or the Tri-City. Well located and commercialized, small commercial and service premises with an area of 50 to 200 m2, it is an excellent alternative to the re-evaluated apartments, or apartments, in our opinion.

3. What goals do you set for this year?

In the coming year, we focus mainly on expanding the existing offer with smaller premises. So far, we have been offering premises with an area of 400 m2 upwards. However, an important goal for 2019 is to increase the area and the number of facilities covered by the management service at the clients’ request. We also want to increase the comprehensiveness of our services that can be combined into packages. I mean consulting, i.e. help in assessing the attractiveness of investments, choosing the optimal facility taking into account the needs of the client, additionally brokering the purchase and property management. We care about removing the obligations of investors so that they can focus only on the positives of their investment.
