During his professional career, he has been associated, among others, with Dom Inwestycyjny Xelion and Deutsche Bank. At Higasa Properties, he oversees commercialisation and sales brokerage, both for institutional and individual clients.

He is interested in investment models, modern technologies and renewable energy sources, as well as astrophysics and survival runs as well as crossfit.

For many years he cooperated with investment clients at Deutsche Bank and Dom Inwestycyjny Xelion in the private banking segment, while holding managerial positions. A graduate of the Sopot University of Applied Sciences in the field of “Economics” with a specialisation in “Financial Management”. At Higasa Properties, he is responsible for the Higasa Club project, the property management section and oversees the work of the marketing and PR department.

Also outside of work, he is interested in economics, creating business models and investment solutions for a wide group of recipients. He is passionate about the Far East culture.

Expert in banking and finance. She has been working in the industry for nearly two decades. She has experience, among others, in building clients’ investment portfolios and organising events in private banking segment. In the past she was responsible for CitiBank corporate clients. She also worked in: Bank Pekao S.A., mBank and Deutsche Bank, where she was a private banking director for many years. She is a graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology and BRE Bank Investment Academy. She has EFPA Cetrificate.

Privately, she is passionate about dancing, music and poetry.

An expert in obtaining financing. He is a graduate of the University of Finance and Accounting in Sopot with the major in “Finance and Accounting”. He has many years of experience gained during work, among others, at mBank, Deutsche Bank and ING. In the Higasa Properties team, he is responsible for obtaining bank financing for the company and our clients as well as alternative financing.

Privately, he is passionate about football games and the history of the 20th century.

A graduate of the WSB University in the field of “Finance and Accounting” with a specialization in “Finance and logistics organization”. He has been working in the commercial real estate industry for several years. He has experience, among others in carrying out transactions on the office and retail real estate market. At Higasa Properties, he is responsible for the commercialization of space and the search for new investment opportunities.

Interested in psychology and business communication.

An experienced administrative clerk and HR employee with a history of working for Tauron Polska Energia among others. She has graduated from the Business Psychology at the SWPS University. Her duties in Higasa Properties include taking care of the technical condition, cleanliness and security of the managed property.

She is a DIY enthusiast, likes travels and Italian cuisine, preferably without gluten.

Coordinator of investment processes and also specialist in image, communication, media relations. Long-time radio journalist and local government employee and press officer. He worked, among others, for Wirtualna Polska, Radio Plus and RMF MAXXX. He was also engaged in such investment projects as Młode Miasto Gdańsk. Graduate of the University of Gdańsk, the faculty of political science.
