Magdalena Maciejak

President of the Management Board of Higasa Properties

An expert in the commercialisation of real estate, with extensive professional experience in banking, with particular emphasis on business specialisation. Before joining Higasa Properties, she worked at leading Polish banks. A graduate of “Management and Marketing” at the University of Business and Administration in Gdynia, specialising in “Human Resource Management”. In the company, she is responsible for supervising all ongoing processes.

She loves traveling, mountains and Zumba, preferably combining all these pleasures with the time devoted to her family.

Michał Ciapka

Member of the Management Board and originator of Higasa Properties

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration in the field of “European Law” at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and the Faculty of Finance and Management at the WSB University in Gdańsk in the field of “Financial Analyst”. An expert in the field of commercial real estate, private banking as well as commercialisation of commercial space. During his professional career, he has been associated, among others, with Dom Inwestycyjny Xelion and Deutsche Bank. At Higasa Properties, he oversees commercialisation and sales brokerage, both for institutional and individual clients.

He is interested in investment models, modern technologies and renewable energy sources, as well as astrophysics and survival runs as well as crossfit.

Marcin Rudziński

Member of the Management Board and originator of Higasa Properties

For many years he cooperated with investment clients at Deutsche Bank and Dom Inwestycyjny Xelion in the private banking segment, while holding managerial positions. A graduate of the Sopot University of Applied Sciences in the field of “Economics” with a specialisation in “Financial Management”. At Higasa Properties, he is responsible for the Higasa Club project, the property management section and oversees the work of the marketing and PR department.

Also outside of work, he is interested in economics, creating business models and investment solutions for a wide group of recipients. He is passionate about the Far East culture.

Klaudia Fera

Assistant to the Management Board

A graduate of law at the University of Gdańsk with a specialisation in “Real Estate Law”. She gained professional experience, among other things, as an administrative employee in the judiciary. At Higasa Properties, she is responsible, i.a. for running the office, keeping records and keeping the management board calendar.

She is passionate about forensics. She actively devotes her free time to running and playing tennis, as well as books and traveling.

Adam Dubiella

Sales Network Director

His professional career is dedicated to the banking and real estate market, where he has worked on building and managing sales networks. During over two decades of his activity, he has been associated with the largest banking institutions: Nestbank, Deutsche Bank, Allianz Bank Polska and Citi Handlowy. He has also cooperated with Polski Holding Inwestycyjny and JW Construction. He is a graduate of the University of Real Estate Management in Warsaw and completed his master’s degree in management at the University of Warsaw. At Higasa Properties, he supervises sales processes and network building.

An active triathlon contestant, who has started in full-distance Ironman races, a wine connoisseur.
