Kowale with Higasa Park
The building with an area of approximately 500m2 is located on Zeusa Street in Kowale near Gdańsk, which is practically considered a district of the city. The shops perfectly complement the commercial offer of the nearby housing estate. The tenants include:
- Żabka
- Sakhawat Kebab
- confectionery and bakery Raszczyk
- Samo zdrowie – healthy food shop and yoga studio in one
- Kreska Mąki – pizzeria
- WłosKoncept – hairdressing studio
“Already in the first few days after opening, we can see that such a mix of tenants is a self-perpetuating machine. For each of our projects, we carefully select the mix of services to meet the residents’ needs. I am delighted that, in addition to these well-known, nationwide brands, local entrepreneurs have also appeared at Higasa Park Kowale, sometimes proposing bold and innovative concepts. That is the case with the healthy food shop, which has dedicated a large part of its space to a yoga studio. In my opinion, this is a successful and holistic approach to health,” said Agnieszka Kozłowska, President of the Management Board of Higasa Properties.
At Higasa Park Kowale, solutions have been used to reduce CO2 emissions as well as maintenance costs. The photovoltaic cells can generate more than 20 kWh of power, which will translate into a real reduction in tenants’ bills. It does not stop there.
“Two 160 kW charging stations for electric vehicles will soon be installed in the car park, allowing four vehicles to be charged simultaneously. We want our future projects to also follow environmentally friendly trends,” emphasised Michał Ciapka, President of the Management Board of Higasa Group.
The Tricity-based company is currently preparing seven further projects, including in Warsaw (Stokrotka shop), Higasa Park Oświęcim, Higasa Park Bełchatów and Higasa
