Higasa’s lucky seven
The opening of two new commercial facilities under the Higasa banner during this year’s summer holidays – the Stokrotka shop in Cieplewo and Higasa Park Kowale. Both projects are located within the Tricity metropolitan area. The group currently has seven projects in various stages of implementation.
Stokrotka in Cieplewo is the second stage of the project on Sosnowa Street. The 650 m2 facility is located right next to Higasa Park Cieplewo, which has been in operation for over a year. The shop welcomed its first customers on 20 July.
Meanwhile, Higasa Park Kowale, which will open in August, completes the commercial offer of the housing estate adjacent to the administrative borders of Gdańsk. The tenants in the approx. 500 m2 building include: Żabka, confectionery and bakery Raszczyk, healthy food shop, hairdresser, pizzeria, and kebab shop. The catering offer will be complemented by foodtrucks. An ATM as well as a charging station for electric vehicles will be set up next to the car park. There are more modern, sustainable solutions – the park will be equipped with solar panels, which, in addition to the obvious aspect of environmental protection, will also result in lower costs for tenants.
The collaboration with Stokrotka does not end here. Higasa Properties this year purchased the land and is now waiting for a building permit for a shop in Warsaw’s Białołęka district, on Płochocińska Street. The 840 m2 facility is scheduled to open in Q2-Q3 2024.
Retail parks with the characteristic umbrella will also soon be built in Świdnica, Oświęcim and Bełchatów. For the last two locations, commercialisation and building design are underway. Construction of the project is scheduled to begin in Q4 2023. In turn, the retail park in Świdnica already has a legally binding building permit, and among its tenants is the Rossmann chain. Further discussions with tenants are ongoing.
