Higasa with the title ” Property Manager of the Year 2023″
Higasa Properties has been awarded the “Property Manager of the Year 2023 – Real Estate Leader”. The company manages commercial properties – its own as well as external facilities. The jury particularly appreciated the management standards and innovations to reduce energy costs.
The aim of this year’s plebiscite, organised by the Administrator24.info portal, is to recognise management companies whose innovations in managed properties improve the functioning of the facility, enhance the comfort of the premises, increase energy efficiency and, above all, protect these properties’ users from the effects of the current energy crisis and mitigate the effects of climate risks.
As the award’s citation reads, “Higasa Properties is a medium-sized company that constantly introduces innovative solutions in the facilities it manages. It has mainly commercial assets under its care, equipping them with, among other things, photovoltaics and electric car charging stations. It also thinks about solutions to improve accessibility to the building for people with disabilities – it relies on innovative solutions already during the design work.”
“Efficient management of a retail property is a key to maintain its profitability, convenience of use by customers and also relieving the burden on the owner. The management service includes, in particular, the due compliance with rental agreements, respect for building regulations and timely warranty inspections of equipment or caring for the aesthetics of the shopping facility’s surroundings.
