Higasa Properties surrounds Tri-City

Higasa Park Cieplewo is another investment constructed by Higasa Properties within the Tri-City agglomeration. The retail park is supposed to be ready in early 2022. This is the third project in the Pomorskie Voivodeship; new facilities in Banino and Nowy Dwór Gdański will be opened within the next few months.

“Located at the crossing of DK 91 and Długa Street, the park supplements the commercial offer at the border of Pruszcz Gdański and Cieplewo. The 450m2 building will stand next to Biedronka and a sales centre. There is also a car wash nearby. Once it’s built, this park will be a convenient and accessible commercial base in a single location”, emphasises Marcin Rudziński, member of the Higasa Properties Management Board.

It is worth adding that the construction of the Cieplewo project is funded by individual investors being a part of the Higasa Club. The rate of return on the investment amounts to 6% per annum.

Direction Pomerania

The Cieplewo park is another supplement to the business offer of the Tri-City agglomeration. Other investments being finished included Banino (1,100m2, among others: Max & Xavier delicatessen) and Nowy Dwór Gdański (750m2, among others: Media Expert and Zoo Karina) where Higasa acts as a consultant and project manager. Both locations are to be opened this summer.

Projects nearing completion

A retail park in Lesznowola (Mazowieckie Voivodeship) is another investment in progress. The 860m2 facility is to be ready in Q3 2021. The Stokrotka network has become its main tenant.  Higasa Park Łęczna (Lubelskie Voivodeship) will be made available to customers at a similar time.

We plan to open our largest retail park so far at the end of October or at the beginning of November this year. We are happy that tenants, including local enterprises, appreciate the huge potential of the location. We have commercialized 3,000 out of 3,200 m2 of the area. We are currently negotiating the lease of the last premise and collect offers from the market in an attempt to create the best possible mix of tenants”, says Marcin Rudziński.

Partner network development

Higasa does not only live on investments and projects alone. The Tri-City company has just established the cooperation with iWealth Nieruchomości, a company belonging to iWealth Management, an independent distributor of financial services for private and institutional clients licensed by the KNF [Polish Financial Supervision Authority].

“According to the World Wealth Report 2020 compiled by Capgemini, wealthy people (globally) invest 14.6% of their assets in real estate. Polish investors also appreciate this method of investment; especially now, with high inflation and low interest rates on deposits. One of such partners is Higasa Properties thanks to which our clients can draw stable profits from investments in commercial real estate, mainly retail parks. With such a cooperation, the investment model is also significant: our client can be the sole investor or to take advantage of the joint financing of an investment”, says Marek Rybiec, iWealth President.

“The cooperation with iWealth is a very important step in the development of our company. It is also an important step towards the wider access to the market of commercial estate by a wider group of clients. I believe that our joint activities with the management of iWealth and with President Marek Rybiec will bring many benefits to our investors”, Michał Ciapka, President of the Higasa Properties Management Board says.

Electrifying special project – Higasa Golf Club

This summer gives every indication of becoming electrifying for golfers. The jubilee 25th Polonia Cup, the oldest tournament in Poland, will be held on 5-7 August. Nearly 200 participants will compete on the Amber Baltic Golf Club course in Kołczewo (Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship) and an entirely electrical MINI Cooper to be won in the hole-in-one competition will provide an additional attraction.
“In the golfers’ world, a hole-in-one is a remarkable achievement. As a company active in the sector of innovation on the financial market, we have decided to fund an innovative main prize, i.e. an electrical model of MINI. This is why we cordially invite everyone to Kołczewo, registration for the tournament is in progress”, stresses Agnieszka Kozłowska, President of the Higasa Club Management Board.
