Higasa Properties builds its largest retail park in Łęczna
The latest investment of the Tri-City company is Higasa Park Łęczna. The tenants will include among others KIK, CCC, Hebe, RTV Euro AGD and Żabka. The opening of the facility measuring 3,200 GLA is planned for the fourth quarter of 2021.
“The retail park in Łęczna is our largest undertaking so far. We managed to acquire a plot of land in a very attractive location, with many single- and multi-family buildings in the area. There are numerous production plants, service facilities, as well as Stokrotka and Tesco stores nearby. The town has a high purchasing power and unemployment below the national average. Combined with a very good communication system, it is the foundation for an attractive investment,” says Marcin Rudziński, member of the board of Higasa Properties. The retail park is being developed in cooperation with the Green Hills Investment group, and the general contractor is STB-Koncept.
The potential of the retail park has also been noticed by individual investors who partially finance the construction of the investment as part of the Higasa Club. “Taking into account the current economic situation, rising inflation, and practically zero interest rates, a profit of 6% per annum is a very interesting offer,” notes Marcin Rudziński.
The construction of the retail park in Lublin Voivodeship began in mid-February this year. This is another investment carried out by Higasa Properties. Currently, construction is underway in Nowy Dwór Gdański and Banino (Pomeranian Voivodeship) and in Kolonia-Lesznowola (Masovian Voivodeship). “In the second quarter of this year, we plan to start two more constructions in Pomeranian Voivodeship, and further commercial projects in central and western Poland are under preparation. In addition, we also intend to test the retail and residential format in large cities. For starters, in the Tri-City and Warsaw ,” adds Marcin Rudziński.
