Higasa Park Cieplewo sold!

Higasa Park Cieplewo opened and sold!

Higasa Park Cieplewo sold to the target owner. It is a catering company that will simultaneously become the park’s main tenant. In addition, the Kropek confectionery and bakery and the Nowak butcher’s shop are located in the already operating facility. Higasa Properties is also carrying out further projects.
The park, located on Sosnowa Street, measures 450 m2 and has officially been in operation for several weeks. An Allegro’s parcel pickup station also completes the commercial offer. At the same time, the construction of another facility under the Higasa banner is underway vis a vis – this time a shop for the Stokrotka chain. The 650 m2 building is expected to be ready in Q4 this year.
Cieplewo, located near Pruszcz Gdański, has very good commercial potential. There has already been a Biedronka shop operating on the site for years, and Higasa Park Cieplewo has completed the area’s offer. Seeing considerable interest in shopping, Stokrotka also decided to open its shop here,” said Marcin Rudziński, member of the management board of Higasa Properties and added: “Both of these projects are also testament to the success of the Higasa Club, which enables individual investors to make stable returns from commercial real estates. In the case of Cieplewo, the principal plus interest has already been returned after the closure of the project. However, we are at the stage of obtaining investor applications for the Stokrotka shop and also Higasa Park Kowale.

And in the project in Kowale (Zeusa Street), located just outside Gdańsk, a 500m2 facility is under construction, where Żabka will be one of the tenants. The retail park is also available as part of the aforementioned Higasa Club, allowing individual investors to make a profit of 6% per year. The opening is planned for late 2022 and early 2023.

In addition, preparations are underway for a project in Świdnica (Lower Silesian
Voivodeship), where a 1,400 m2 retail park will be built on Ceglana Street.

Commercialisation of the area is currently underway.
