Higasa and iWealth Nieruchomości together

Higasa Properties has just established the cooperation with iWealth Nieruchomości, a company belonging to iWealth Management, one of the largest in our market independent distributors of financial services for private and institutional clients. The purpose of the alliance is to offer commercial properties to a wider group of investors.

“According to the World Wealth Report 2020 compiled by Capgemini, wealthy people globally invest 14.6% of their assets in real estate. Polish investors also appreciate this method of investment; especially now, with high inflation and low interest rates on deposits”, Marek Rybiec, President of iWealth says and adds:   “Moreover, considering growing expectations and needs of our clients when it comes to the management of financial surplus, iWealth has established a new partnership iWealth Nieruchomości that cooperates with selected partners to offer wide opportunities for clients to invest their funds in various types of property: investment plots, commercial premises or leisure apartments. One of such partners is Higasa Properties thanks to which our clients can draw stable profits from investments in commercial real estate, mainly commercial facilities and retail parks. With such a cooperation, the investment model is also significant: our client can be the sole investor or can take advantage of the joint financing of an investment”, says Marek Rybiec.

The main purpose of the company is to help invest financial surplus and protect the capital. It offers free-of-charge investment advice, access to almost 1000 funds and a free modern online platform. iWealth renders services based on the permit issued by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and cooperates with renowned national and foreign asset management companies and with carefully chosen partners dealing with the following: legal and tax matters, insurance, real estate and business development.

“The cooperation with iWealth Nieruchomości is a very important step in the development of our company. It is also an important step towards the wider access to the market of commercial estate by a wider group of clients. I believe that our joint activities with the management of iWealth and with President Marek Rybiec will bring many benefits to our investors”, says Michał Ciapka, President of the Higasa Properties Management Board.
