Brexit, commercial real estate and investing. Successful networking in Sheffield

We have had an extremely fruitful and valuable meeting with investors in Sheffield. At the invitation of the local ASBiRO Investors, we met with the Poles living and working in the U.K. to present them the commercial real estate market, the impact of Brexit on the economic situation and investment opportunities. Michał Ciapka, Marcin Rudziński and Adam Dubiella took part in the meeting. They all agree – the time spent in Sheffield was extremely inspiring and important in many ways.

ASBiRO Investors is a club of investors in the U.K., associated with the ASBiRO academy. Its members share their knowledge about wise capital, business and real estate management. “We were surprised by the level of interest and investor awareness of the participants. I devoted a lot of time to conversations and meeting the people who attended the meeting. What is encouraging is that they all went an almost identical path: starting with virtually zero achievements, works that perhaps many people would not undertake at all, they built an impressive capital that they constantly and consciously multiply,” says Adam Dubiella, Sales Director at Higasa Properties, and adds: “Unlike some investors in Poland, people we have met with are very eager to share their experience, knowledge and tips with others. Because if you made a wise investment, why not to advise your friend? I think that in this case it is worth following good Western standards.”

The meeting in Sheffield had an additional implication as well. “We are glad that interest in our activities begins to reach beyond the borders of Poland. We are glad to receive such invitations, for which we are very thankful to ASBiRO. We certainly intend to continue cooperation, because we deeply believe in the power of networking,” sums up Michał Ciapka, President of the Board of Higasa Properties.
