Investment description

HIGASA PARK ŁĘCZNA (LUBLIN VOIVODESHIP), ESTABLISHMENT AT THE JUNCTION OF PIŁSUDSKIEGO, TARGOWA STREETS AND AL. JANA PAWŁA II. A RETAIL PARK WITH AN AREA OF 3200 GLA WAS COMPLETED AT THE END OF NOVEMBER 2021. TENANTS INCLUDE: KIK, CCC, HEBE, RTV EURO AGD AND ŻABKA. THE PROPERTY HAS A TOTAL OF 10 PREMISES.

In the building, with an area of 3200 GLA, tenants include: Żabka, Hebe, KIK, RTVeuroAGD, CCC or Martes Sport. In addition, an ATM is located within the park.

Tesco supermarket, Stokrotka store, Orlen gas station, as well as food and service establishments function nearby. The park was built surrounded by single- and multi-family housing.

The project was developed in cooperation with the Green Hills Investment group, and STB-Koncept is the general contractor.
