Investors’ eyes turned to smaller towns

The high pace of the development of the commercial market in Poland persists. Investors are increasingly looking at smaller towns looking for good locations for commercial facilities. Good locations it means neighboring already existing objects such as Biedronka, Tesco, Lidl. Places with a high flow of potential customers, nearby: housing estate, city office, bus station.
