We join Pomeranian Employers

At the beginning of June, Higasa Properties joined Pomeranian Employers – the largest and oldest employers’ organisation operating in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. “Our goal is to actively participate in the work of the association and exchange experience as well as promote good business practices,” says Adam Dubiella, Sales Network Director at Higasa Properties.

Pomeranian Employers associate nearly 1000 enterprises, representing an extremely broad business profile. The organisation has been operating since 1991. With the status of a representative organisation, it has a direct impact on legislation as part of public consultations. – “What makes “Pomeranian Employers” to accept every month new companies interested in cooperation? Certainly, it is related to the fact that for years the organisation has represented entrepreneurs from all economic sectors regardless of the size and form of ownership, maintained contacts with companies and organisations from European countries where, as a rule, association of employer organisations is standard” – explains Tomasz Limon, President of the Management Board and Managing Director of Pomeranian Employers and adds: – “Our representative capacity to take positions on important economic and social issues related to the Pomeranian Voivodeship each month attracts new member companies seeking legal and economic support. Among them are both start-ups and enterprises expanding expansively, looking for new markets and contractors – micro, small, medium and large companies, corporations. And it is precisely this sectoral diversity of affiliated companies, allowing for precise determination of the needs and challenges of entrepreneurs, that is the most important added value of the organisation.

Companies focused around Pomeranian Employers also include universities, schools and cultural institutions. The mission is the long-term, dynamic economic development of the region as well as entities associated in the organisation. The purpose of the joint action is to defend the interests of employers, represent them to the legislative and executive authorities as well as institutions supervising and controlling enterprises.

– “We are glad that we can join an organisation with such a strong impact. We want to speak with one voice and have a real impact on the position of our sector, as well as the creation of regulations governing its operation. In addition, our objective is to actively participate in the work of the association and to exchange experience and promote good business practices” – notes Adam Dubiella, Sales Network Director at Higasa Properties.
