Świecie, Rawicz and Debrzno – three new projects by Higasa Properties

Two investments ready for full opening and the third one that has just started – despite the holiday season, July is a hot time for Higasa Properties. The facilities in Świecie and Rawicz are going to be commissioned later this month. In turn, in Debrzno, the construction of a retail park has begun – it is another venture under the Higasa Club, that is in the form of joint investment in commercial real estate.

On July 11 this year, the KIK store is going to open in Świecie (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, Marii Konopnickiej Street). Park4You from Poznań is the investor and developer of the facility covering an area of 700 sq m, while Higasa Properties was responsible for the project management and finding the target investor. The undertaking completes the commercial offer in the area because Lidl is located next to it.

The other joint venture of both companies is a multi-facility building in Rawicz (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship, Sarnowska Street). Among the tenants of approximately 2000 sq m of space are the following companies: CCC, Euro RTV AGD, Hebe, KS Sport. On July 13, the last two stores are going to open, and thus commercialisation will be complete. The value of both transactions is over PLN 15 million. – “Our mission is to respond to the market demand. There is a dynamic commercial expansion in small towns, where the market is not yet saturated. Thanks to the cooperation with Higasa Properties, we have managed to acquire for commercialisation the largest partners such as CCC and Euro RTV AGD” – says Rafał Grabarczyk from Park4You.

The latest venture of Higasa Properties is the retail park in Debrzno (Pomeranian Voivodeship). The facility with an area of 1,400 sq m is being built in cooperation with a strategic partner, EDS Retail Park. The Debrzno Park will be erected at Czerniakowska Street. About 45 parking spaces will be prepared for motorist customers. The investment will also include a playground for children. The tenants include, among others: Pepco and Delikatesy Centrum. The opening is planned for autumn this year. – “The park in Debrzno is the next step in our strategy. Together with EDS Retail Park, we are preparing a dozen or so investments, all over Poland. The construction is underway in Opatów, now Debrzno has started” says Magdalena Maciejak, president of the management board at Higasa Properties. – “We implement the investment based on the Higasa Club, where individual investors can join the project. In Opatów, the financing is almost completely closed, meanwhile we have more projects for investors – in Pomerania and Lower Silesia, so I encourage you to contact our office. Development plans of Higasa Properties and EDS Retail Park are not only joint investments, but also the expansion of the sales network and new branches – as part of the strategic cooperation the opening of two branches is under preparation, including in the south of Poland.
